The Sales & Marketing Operations Manager will be the power user of our HubSpot Marketing Automation and CRM systems, as well as analytics platforms such as Flurry and Google Analytics. You will be our data and metrics guru, responsible for making sure that our systems are properly set up, that we’ve automated processes where we can and that we’ve built the right dashboards for the Sales, Marketing and Management teams.
The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is detail-oriented, methodical and conscientious when it comes to data, but able to think strategically about how to track and measure against our business goals. This position reports to the Director of Marketing.
